Alusion™ is an architectural panel made of stabilised aluminium foam. It is produced by injecting air into molten aluminium with ceramic particles that stabilise the bubble structure. The result is a metal material with an open, semi-open or closed surface, intended for facades, interiors and special architectural details.

Available in multiple versions
Open, semi-open or closed arrangement
Alusion™ panels are available in multiple designs, depending on project requirements. They can be open, semi-open, or closed, and also vary according to cell size. Designs with large, medium, and small cells are available.
Open and semi-open panels can allow daylight to pass through or be used with lighting behind the cladding. Closed constructions are used when a more compact surface is required.

Alusion™ is a material that can be used in both external and internal spaces. The panels are made from 20% to 100% recycled aluminium and are fully recyclable. The material absorbs sound, has a fire rating of A, can be anodised or colour-coated, and is suitable for projects where control over appearance, function and maintenance is important.

Surface treatment
Alusion™ panel finishing is selected according to the location, purpose, and appearance of the project. Panels can be anodised or powder-coated. This protects the surface from corrosion, wear, and external influences, while also defining the final look of the facade or interior.
Assembly and sub-construction
Alusion™ panels can be attached using a variety of fixing systems, depending on the substrate and technical requirements. If an existing sub-construction is not available or not suitable, Avantall can offer a sub-construction.
Alusion™ for acoustics and lighting
Thanks to its structure, Alusion™ can be used for acoustic wall and ceiling elements. Such applications are suitable for open-plan interiors, public spaces, offices, hotels, and other areas where sound control is important.
Alusion™ can also be combined with lighting. Lighting can highlight the panel's structure, the openness of the material, and the lines of the facade or interior.
