Ventilated facades

Request a quote

Ventilated facades represent a modern solution for buildings that seek a blend of superior design, durability, and high functionality. At Avantall, we offer facade systems made from metal, terracotta, and composite wood that improve a building's comfort level, protect the structure, and give architects and designers great freedom in shaping the building's exterior. Ventilated facades offer better building protection, excellent energy efficiency, and greater aesthetic flexibility.

Modern architecture

What are ventilated facades?

A ventilated facade is a multi-layered external wall cladding system in which a ventilated air gap is left between the finish and the load-bearing wall. This design allows for natural air circulation, reduces moisture retention within the system, and contributes to better thermal insulation of the building. For these reasons, ventilated facades play an important role in modern architectural projects today, both in new builds and renovations.

Advantages of ventilated facades

Ventilated facades offer a range of functional and aesthetic advantages. In addition to contributing to greater energy efficiency of the building, they help protect the load-bearing structure from atmospheric influences, reduce the possibility of moisture accumulation, and extend the service life of the facade system. An additional advantage is the possibility of choosing different materials, formats, textures, and colours, which gives architects and investors considerably more freedom than with classic facade solutions.

Combining design and functionality

Metal and terracotta facades

Our ventilated facades are made of metal or terracotta, depending on the project requirements, desired aesthetics, and the technical parameters of the building. Metal facades are particularly interesting when the aim is to achieve a modern, precise, and architecturally expressive appearance, along with high resistance and a long service life. Terracotta facades, on the other hand, bring the warmth of a natural material and a refined character, while retaining all the key advantages of a ventilated system.

Tecnodeck® partner

Ventilated composite wood facades

Composite wood is the perfect blend of nature's warmth and modern technology's strength. Our Tecnodeck® Our partner has been a pioneer in the world of composite wood in Europe since 2004. The result is a high-tech product that offers architects and designers the aesthetic freedom of a natural material, with technical performance that natural wood can never achieve.
This is an eco-friendly 100% product made from 60% wood processing residues, which means that no trees need to be felled for its production. The material is fully recyclable at the end of its life cycle.

Solution for architects and investors with Avantall support

Ventilated facades are not just a finishing layer for a building, but an important part of the overall architectural and technical concept. Therefore, when undertaking such projects, it is crucial to choose a solution that combines aesthetics, functionality, and reliable execution. Avantall offers support to designers and investors in selecting finishing materials, choosing a system, and developing details.
